In GTA 5 (and yes ONLY GTA) i have had this issue forever
where the game starts to stutter after a long time of playing... it freezes for a second and then starts again. If it means anything it freezes a lot when passing a car at high speeds
I have tried:
Verifying game cache
Reinstalling the game on a new hard drive
Checking temps and making sure they aren't too high
Deleting and disabling razer surround
Getting drivers of everything
Changing control panel stuff
Unparking cores
Specs:
Gtx 1060 6gb
I5 4460
8gb ddr3 ram (8 x 1 now but I have 4x 2 coming any day now)
Windows 10
1080p resolution
