some keys of my keyboard are not working properly

i tried to repair it by removing the keys that were not working but still it seems no good.The keys that r not working are-t,y,capslock,left shift,windows key and 6 in num pad.Someone told me it is a software problem but i dont believe him.someone please help me.i'm getting a lot of problem in typing.
i wish someone knows how to solve this problem:pfff::pfff:

is this a laptop or desktop keyboard? If it a laptop maybe something is wrong with the cabling and you need to reseat it. Else, if it is desktop, first try with a keyboard which you know it works. If it is ok, try reinstalling software of your keyboard if it has any. Try using a linux live cd and see how it works in there. If in all cases your keys are not working, then your keyboard has gone bye bye

sorry i should be helping you:

check your control panel for keyboards and inputs...see if its working properly there.
next see if you need a driver for it..some expensive ones do.
tip your keyboard over and shake out the junk..youd be surprised of the stuff in there.
unplug it and plug it back in.

thats all i can think of.

I've had keyboard problems in the past. What I did was uninstalled the software for the Logitech keyboard... restarted my computer and reinstalled the driver... or better yet, first find out if there is an updated driver you could use from the company's website. If you have a generic keyboard without software.. just run and pick up another keyboard.. they aren't that expensive.
