I intend to build a PC around this MOBO, since I won it from a giveaway a couple of months ago. This will be my first build ever, and I've read lots of stuff on the matter, but still would like to get a little help.

My first question: is it OK to put this RAM Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Red (HX318C10FR/8).

Second: do you think this CPU Intel BX80677I57500 7th Gen Core Desktop Processors is compatible with the MOBO.

P.S. I read the manual of the ASRock and the CPU and RAM seems compatible to me. :)

Solution
1st Q: Nope. You need DDR4 for this motherboard. DDR3 won't work and won't even fit.

2nd Q: Yes. Just make sure the motherboard you will purchase was manufactured AFTER the release of the 7th-gen Kaby Lake (if it was manufactured PRIOR, you may need to update its BIOS for you to be able to use the i5-7500).

EDIT:
For the 1st Q, I was confused with your title (I thought you were asking: ASRock Fatal1ty B150 Gaming K4):

ASRock Fatal1ty B150 Gaming K4 --> Not compatible with DDR3.

ASRock Fatal1ty B150 Gaming K4/D3 --> Compatible with DDR3.
