So, I've got a GTX 560 Ti. When it's idling, it lays at around 56C, and when playing games it can get up to 103C. Airflow is excellent and I got a Striker X chassi (http://www.aerocool.us/strikex/strikex_air.html).

So, what is the problem? It's driving me crazy as I really don't know what the problem is. It got thermal paste, so that's not the issue either. Only thing I thought of is that it might be something with getting TOO much power? Please help me.

Solution
ya, but also showing ''0'' rpm as well ...

I do feel the fans just failing and not spinning fast enough to cool the card anymore , but unless you got known working replacement fans to try and test you just don't know

the rest seems to look good and you cleaned the cooler up of any dust and repaste it [may check to see if you need to reset the cooler once more to insure it seated on the gpu chip just right ??] may have to too loose or too tight or uneven tightened down ??

but I'm almost willing to bet the old fans are just giving it up and not properly spinning to cool the card correctly .

old card as that could be anything ? I would first monitor your fans behavior that may of just started to fail to run at speeds and there profiles ?

coolermaster has some good PSU's then they got some ticking time bombs as well

anyway may need to check your cards fans and how the running under there bios set profile or may need tio use software to use your own custom fan profiles ??

what brand and model is that card ??

also I guess your not using the latest drivers on that card ?? may try a older driver more to that cards time frame ??

maybe something done in the latest for the latest cards that may/could affect your old cards behavior ?

also what are your fan speeds at idle and full load when getting that hot just seems the fans are not getting up to enough speed to circulate the air to cool properly ??

if you have not updated then and all was good then may not be ? if it was running cool and you updated the drivers and noticed this heat issue then maybe ??

you could use this hwinfo64 and monitor some things like gpu power and what the psu may be doing ?

and gpu-z and seceenshot the card at idle and then with a load and hot to see how the fans speeds change ?

100% but no rpm's ??

a few guys here say there fans started to just give out or heated up over time ? maybe just time is near up on yours ?

thing is it shows 100% but you don't know the speed [rpm] for all you know it showing 100% fan speed but the fans may only now be doing 1000 rpms not that 3120 rmps like in that review at just 75% ??

so you may see that 100% but the fans may only be spimnning up at 10% in true life and now not able to cool the card anymore

try that hwinfo64 and see if its readings are the same and not a glitch or something you can use to back up / confirm the gpu-z reading
