When i did Windows 10 on this pc and installed drivers,screeen resolution option got greyed out..Now, i tried uninstallling intel hd graphics and it got fine but when i reinstalled them the situation appeared again.Here are the screen shots: http://prntscr.com/ehhi6m

Now guys please help me with this...this is a pc that i just bought 2nd hand as i am on a real tight budget.I cant use my pc without drivers as i play a game (Tanki Online) and it works fine with integrated graphics
