I bought my Motherboard and CPU last month. After I got my allowance this month, I immediately buy the RAM. When I'm about to attach my RAM in the slot, I saw "1.2v" written in the slot. I RAM that I bought has 1.35v. Is that impossible to adjust or something like that?

I still tried to attach the RAMs.
I opened the CPU.
Here comes the problem. The monitor always displays "NO VGA SIGNAL".
I tried to re-attach the GPU(which is from my old PC), but nothing happened.
I also tried to re-attach the RAM, nothing also happened.

The system unit is working(I think), because every fan is spinning, including the GPU fan(Which means the GPU is working).
I'm also sure that the monitor is perfectly fine(100% sure).

Is it possible that the RAM is causing thing problem of mine?
Please, I really need help. :( :( :( :(

Turn off your PC.
Check that your display cable is properly plugged into the GPU and then into the monitor.

Depending on the monitor you may need to manually set the input. HDMI/DisplayPort/VGA.

My video card doesn't have a cable. I just attach it in the PCI slot in MoBo.
My GPU is pretty old.

Don't use that old card until you get your next allowance. Keep it fresh for a nice new card, will be worth the wait.
