Hi all
Long time lurker, never registered

Please for the love of god can someone tell me how to resolve this issue.
I have just built a brand new PC, all components brand new and worked perfectly for several hours.
Next day, my Corsair CW-9060025-WW Hydro Series H100i V2 240 mm Extreme Performance All-In-One Liquid CPU Cooler fans are now running at ONE HUNDRED PERCENT. Constantly!!
The noise is unbelievable not to mention the long term damage, there is zero evidence of any heat at all from my rig yet they spin noisily at 100 percent permanently from the time i boot to the time i turn off, not just post.
I have no clue why, nothing has changed my room temperature is the same is it was yesterday, ive tried all manner of bios alterations but according to my bios my AIO fan is greyed out, its there and the graph confirms its running at 100 percent constantly but i cant alter it/

I am tearing my hair out.
Please help.

Build:

Strixx Z270e mob
Strixx 1080 GPU
I7 4.2 quad
Cooler as above
1tb samsung SSD
32 gig Strix ddr4

EDIT

Yesterday it ran for several hours including playing skyrim on ultra for an hour, no issues at all, this morning I unplugged wires to cable manage, everything got plugged right back into where it was, thats the only thing that happened between the perfect several hours to this horrendous noise, i dont even think i updated any software
