Looking for a high quality and compact ATX case

What are the highest quality, compact ATX cases?
I'm coming from a Corsair 700D and i don't need the extra space. I run a Noctua NH-D14, would be a plus if the case in question would accomodate it.

There are quite a lot. Any other factors to consider to narrow down your choices? (Budget, number of HDD/SSD, external drive bay, window/non-window, color, actual size/footprint of case, number of USB front ports, GPU length, expansion slots needed, etc.)

Budget, up to 120$
1x 3,5" HDD
1x 2,5" SSD
No external drive bays necessary
Indifferent on window or not
Footprint doesn't matter, more interested in general compactness as i move my rig a lot.
I almost never use my front usb ports, not so important
I have a full size gtx 970
And a pcie wireless card
Thats about it, please tell me if you want me to add something
