If you want the fan to push air out of the case (as an exhaust) then you put it like you shown 0.44 in the video. If you like the fan to pull air into the case (as an intake) then you have to turn it around. In both ways you will mount it on the inside of the case!

U are using the same screws as the other fans. It was hard to see in the video what screws that was in the box. Unscrew one of the screws from the back fan and compare it. If u not have some screws left over to mount it then you can probably just use only two screws (diagonally) for the fan at the back and use the other two for the top grill.

Normally the screws comes with the fans.

May i ask why u will mount it there?

I have a r5 in the family. If I remember correctly, you don't have to remove the front panel. You can see the black tabs on top, look along the edge of the tabs and pull front and up at the same time. It took a lot of effort, but that's how you remove those damn tabs. after that you can just install regular fans the regular way.

I dont think that extra fan will do much when mounted in the top front.

That depends on your temps? Accelero Hybrid is for the gpu, vrm and ram.
