I would be playing overwatch and it would shut off mid game randomly. Sometimes early, sometimes after 30 min or so. I have checked for all the temperatures and it seems fine. I think it might be my psu but I don't know how to tell.

Here are some screenshots that might give you guys a clue to help me out here.
Please help me out thanks!

When your PC shuts down during gameplay then that is usually caused by the 2 reasons:
1. Your CPU/GPU overheats and to prevent damage due to overheat, PC reboots or shuts down.

Since your CPU is more than 7 years old, i suggest that you check your CPU temps. (My AMD build has 6 years old CPU in it and i too have experienced shutdowns due to the CPU overheat.)
You can either use Speccy or HWinfo64 to monitor your temps. HWinfo64 is better since you can log (record) all info (voltages, temps etc) in your PC during logging period and afterwards look how high your temps did really go.

2. Your PSU fails do deliver enough power to your GPU, thus shutting your system down.

Corsair HX series PSUs are good quality PSUs and while your PSU is sufficient enough (wattage vise), i think that PSU may have some issues. HX series PSUs come with 7 years of warranty from Corsair. If your temps are okay, just RMA your PSU and get a replacement from Corsair.
