All these components are available locally except Seasonic PSU in my city. (Mumbai, India)
Seasonic PSU available in other cities but shipping charges and other charges (octroi charges) makes product expensive.
Online availability is there but other charges makes it expensive.

Can someone provide good alternative for Seasonic S12II 520? It will be helpful.
These are available PSU at that shop.

Or any good alternative.
(I will search for PSU availability)

Thank you.

Do you have a link to an online store? Google translate *may* be enough to identify a decent unit.

Otherwise you could try to find something in tier 2 or higher on the PSU tier list that's available in your region: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

FYI - actually any 450W would be more than enough for that build. Sometimes the newer CX450M units from Corsair (with the white writing) are available at decent pricing. That would absolutely do the job well. They look like this: http://www.corsair.com/en-ww/cx-series-cx450m-450-watt-80-plus-bronze-certified-modular-atx-psu-eu

it hasn't been updated for quite sometime, but it should give you an idea of what brand to trust.

http://www.johnnylucky.org/power-supplies/psu-recommendations.html

some quick googling gave me this, so consider reading through it as well.

as for a place to buy them, if you can't find them locally, and you can order stuff online, only place that comes to mind is Play-Asia (limited choices) and IPmart Malaysia. I know those deliver to a lot of international countries. It's probably gonna cost you more, though.

A side question: in your list you have thermal compound but no aftermarket heatsync listed. Are you just using the stock Intel cooler? (Which is fine, by the way). If so, there's no need to buy compound, stock coolers come with compound pre-applied. It's not the best stuff in the world, but it's absolutely fine for stock clocks which is all you can run with that CPU and motherboard anyway. Unless you're installing an aftermarket cooler there's really no need to get any paste/compound.

Sorry for late reply.
I updated post with proper links and prices.

@rhysiam,
Amazon (as we all know), PrimeABGB (local store with their website)
I provided both links.
Can you please find it for me? From tier 2 or same tier as of seasonic S12II 520 or similar PSU?
450 watt. Ok.
but what if I add some component later, then 450 watt will be enough?
Ok. CX450m I will search price and availability.
But please suggest more. So at least one can be available.
Thank you.

@Hazle,
2008 link. Still nothing changes in some PSU. As there are no big developments in electrical field comparing to electronics.
Reading will take time I bookmarked it :)
Yeah right. Overall cost will be 5-7% more shipping and other charges.

@rhysiam,
Yes. Stock cooler. Not overclocking CPU though.
Ok. You are saying stock cooler inside CPU box have compound applied?? That I didn't know.
I will check that. So for future I may need one. Maintaining and cleaning purpose.

scroll down. the list was last updated in 2015. a lot of the choices there are still viable today, with the exception for rebrands and new models being unaccounted for. which is why i included the second link, which was apparently updated a few months back.
