Hello,

Yesterday I received my PC Components and after assembling them I installed Windows 10 64bit. I was downloading some games and installing the motherboard driver via CD when Windows announced that it would restart... No idea why, I didn't see any prompts.
Since this my PC is in a boot loop. Sometimes it reaches a screen where Windows tries it's self repair thing, but a few seconds later it just reboots. Sometimes it doesn't even get that far. I tried to boot from the Windows CD and from a system from a hard drive from my old PC, same issue, just reboots before I can do anything.
I disconnected graphics card, ssd respectively, checked the cpu for damage and tried all ram slots with only 1 ram bar. I did a cmos reset for my motherboard as well, no luck. Here are the components:

Motherboard: GA-B250M-DS3H
RAM: G.Skill F4-2133C15D-16GNT (2x8GB DDR4-2133)
CPU: Intel I7 7700k
PSU: be quiet! Z1-650W
GPU: GeForce gtx 1070 KFA2
Ssd: crucial mx300 525GB

I am no expert but I think it is a motherboard issue. Any thoughts?

Solution
Microsoft just announced a major change to how updates are ... does away with the automatic restart after updates are downloaded situation.

BIOS option:
Windows 8/10 Features
Allows you to select the operating system to be installed. (Default: Other OS)

Notice default setting is not for Windows 10.
