Hello, recently I have been trying to max out the power on my graphics card as most of my steam games were not recognising my video card memory. As a result I updated two of my drivers, one being my graphics card and the other my port drivers.
However, upon restarting my computer, I was able to get to my login menu, but none of my USB drivers seemed to work, so I could not log in as my mouse and keyboard use USB. After a few restarts I realised the caps lock button worked when I booted the PC, but eventually stopped working as it went past the boot stage and onto my log in screen. Unfortunately after pressing F2/F10/F11, I could not enter my bios screen upon starting the computer, and when I tried the PC simply carried on to the log in screen.
As a result I reset my CMOS by taking out the battery on my motherboard for 5 minutes and putting it back in. Now the PC simply does not go past the boot screen. My caps lock button still works but the PC goes blank and does not go to the log in screen. I still cannot access the bios menu.
This has happened several times over the last few years, nearly always when I update my graphics card drivers. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks in advance.
