C Drive Filling Up automatically

Hello Guys
I'm running a laptop with Windows 10 OS. The C Drive space is 32GB and it is slowly filling up to the extent that there is 1 GB free space.
I have tried deleting Temporary Files, DNS even tried Disk Clean Up and Deleting Previous Windows version. I've even cleaning temporary files by command prompt but it doesn't solve the issue.
I have reset my OS and at first C drive had 12GB of free space but now again it's again filled up.
I have also diverted all my download locations to D drive.

Please help how to stop C drive from automatically filling up.

Right.
That "Runtime Provisioning tool" is the Recovery data.
Used to restore the system back to as it came out of the box.
I'd hesitate on trying to get rid of this for now. Leave it.

Also, that large green space. Appears to be a .tmp file. Can almost certainly be gotten rid of.
Try CCleaner to free up that space.

1)Check your windows backup and restore settings to check that the maximum size of the back up is what you want it to be. I.e if the max size is set to 12gb then it will never delete old backups until the 12gb is used up.

2) check the size of the page file. Go to 'change performance and appearance of windows' then click the advanced tab. Here check what it says for 'maximum size of page file'.


Otherwise, I would recommend you to get a bigger SSD for your C drive. In all honesty, 32GB is a little small for Windows. 64GB is a good minimum in my opinion.

32GB is too small. Period.
I have one in my Asus Transformer. It is only good as a web browser machine.
Installing anything and actually using it fills up that drive.

What laptop is this?

Pagefile and hibernation will also fill up that space easily.

Anyways I have already set my Backup and Restore size to minimum still no changes in the problem.

2ndly...I have a query. If I install a 64GB SSD will it act as a Extra Drive or will it add up space to my already present C Drive.

It would just be an 'extra' drive. It does not automatically add.
And even adding a 64GB is marginal.

What laptop is this?
Is that 32GB the only drive it came with?

Yes it's the only drive it came with, it's an Asus E402S laptop... Although I have added an extra 500GB drive to it

Well..with that laptop, we have problems.

That 32GB drive is not a standard SSD, but rather an eMMC drive. You can't change it for a larger one.
And as we've seen, 32GB for the OS drive is far too small for actual use.

A couple of options:

Option 1. Discover exactly what is on that 32GB drive. We might be able to find a bit of space that can be moved to the 500GB drive.
Install and run WinDirStat. Screencap the result of that and post here.

Option 2. Disregard the useless 32GB drive, and move everything over to the 500GB.
This may be a hassle, because we can't remove the 32GB thing.
What is currently on that 500GB drive?

The 32GB is almost free of any files installations, on the other hand everything on my laptop is stored in that 500GB starting from Apps Installation to Personal files and stuff.

Lol, I've tried that too...Tried to Meditate on it. i guess the Force not strong with this one...

Anyways jokes apart. Thanks for your suggestions. Will send the screencap soon.
