So I ran Canyourunit.com On my computer, To see if I could pass minimum to play wildstar. The only problem is my CPU. Heres exactly what it says.
Minimum: Intel Pentium Core2 Duo 2.4 GHz, AMD Phenom X3 2.3 GHz, or better
You Have: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5800 @ 3.20GHz
Im not sure on whether or not I should still try and run the game. Everything else, Video Card, Ram And All that passes the scan.

Yes, your processor is significantly newer and faster. It will run no problem.

the site you mention list what you need to run stably the game, it doesn't mean that lower specs will not let you play it, it means that it won't be a fun experience

for example, my cpu is not enough for gta v, but i play it lots of hours, the frames per second are not great but it works well

Oh hey in the future you will likely want to use this site instead of canyourunit
http://www.game-debate.com

Also like another poster pointed out game specs are a guideline. You might still be able to run a game and have fun even if you are out of specs.

I played dying light on a GTX460M and a i7-2720QM (notice these are mobile cards and CPU they are outperformed by their desktop equivalents) at 720p ~30fps (minimum reqs were i5-2500 and gtx560) everything lowered and some settings manually force disabled in the nvidia control panel. I still had fun.

Also games like wild star (mmo's) usually have good optimization, and wildly varying areas in terms of how they use your resources. the minimum specs are set to match their most taxing areas. You might get low frames in a huge city/hangout and be just fine in the regular PvE areas.

I.e.: I had an old pentium 4 pc when I was real young with no graphics card. I was able to run and play WoW just fine for everything except the main cities for the alliance and horde. In the city of orgrimmar I would get down to 10 frames or less XD I'd lag my way through them, but in the end they were not necessary as other cities provided little to no lag and all the commodities. I had fun.

You will never really know until you try it.
