Can a dell optiplex 3020 handle Cs:go?

Hey,

I just wanted to know if my Dell Optiplex 3020 can handle a game like CS:GO and at what FPS?
Ive got a decent Graphics card so thats not a problem, the processor is Intel Core i7, Speed is 4 Ghz. Im not a tech dude, i just wanna play games xD
Im asking this cuz my pc cant do more than 20 FPS on Rocket League.

Install it and see how it runs. Will play on low settings, not great though without a real video card.
Depending on the exact model you have, you can put in a GT 730 GDDR5 up to a 1050 if you have a tower model with a 300+ watt power supply.
