it cant be more expensive. its 590€ here and it needs to be under the 600€. Im not gonna replace the hdd with a small ssd, i need the 1tb storage.

Pentium G4560 60€
ASRock H110M-DGS 60€
8gb ddr4 2133mhz ram 50€
1tb hdd 50€
1080p 60hz display 100€

cheap case 30€

PSU 50 bucks means nothing it could be cheap junk.
I don't think that will work without a BIOS upgrade to the motherboard. So unless where your buying it can update it for you then you need to buy a B250 board with that processor.
Monitor is fine 1ms really means nothing compaired to the input lag.
