Since you components aren't brand new, price reduction would be 30% to 50%, depending on a buyer.
In other words, you can ask between $706 and $988 from your build.
Without monitors, the total would be $1152.50 and you can ask between $576 and $806.

Solution
good luck selling that for 800$.

since it is used you need to look at price on eBay averages for parts.., and you will find that what you have is more worth about 400-600 at most
especially in the light of the ryzen rush and all those pretty next 6th gen cpus that are going to smother the used market
your better off to parts the video card from that case and sell it separately they go for 200-300 alone on ebay all the time.

when buying a used computer the buyer will not care about your used keyboard or mouse, counting it for additional 80$ of value is ludicrous.

but what do I know , probably 50 kids willing to buy it for 800$.
