I built my computer in November. In January my front audio port stopped working (which I determined to be a hardware problem) but now today my back audio port stopped working. My Left ear is really quiet while my right ear of my head phones are working fine. I tried blowing the port and balancing the audio but that still didn't fix it. I know the headphones themselves are fine because I connected them to my laptop and they sounded fine.

Hello... Use the sound card APP in Control panel to "re-task" the case front connector, OR MB rear connectors as a speaker/headphone connectors... Typically you can right click the connecter icon to change it to something/anything else...

Use SOUND-playback app in the control panel to enable or disable multi devices and outputs... in the OS.

What's the path I would take to do that?

Hello... Control panel holds these two items... the sound card APP will be your "Master Control" over the physical jacks it controls. The control panel-sound-playback will be your OS master control for all Sound devices, to enabled, disabled or change the communications/Freq/Bit/etc.

Right clicking on the Jack/connector "ICONS" will allow you to change/re-task them to any type of use or as a input or output too. B /
