Hey Guys,

a while ago I had a problem, that my PC freezes while gaming after about 1-2 hours. I think it's only affected by Unreal Games because I can playRainbow Six, CS:GO and other titles without problems. My Pc Crashed in: Obduction, Borderlands 2, Paragon, Ark, Golf it!.
But not in Street Fighter 5, which also uses the Unreal Engine. I didn't have the problem anymore when I changed from Win 10 Anniversary back to standard. Now I reinstalled Windows 10 and it automatically installed the anniversary Edition because I used a new Image file, since then it is happening again.

I already checked:
- Overheating: CPU on maximum 50°C, GPU on ~67°C (Starts cooling at 60°C)
- RAM: No RAM bar has errors. (Tested while running and did a memtest from a bootable)
- GPU: Driver Downgrade done at same time as OS downgrade (Problem was gone but I don't think that was it).
- Festplatte: ran chkdsk, no erros.
-PSU: Don't think it's the PSU because everything else is without errors.

I was told, I should try updating my Bios, which I did. I upgraded to 2202 and it worked in Ark one time (Haven't played since then), then today in "Golf it!" my PC crashed again.

My Hardware:
CPU: Intel I7-6700K
GPU: Asus Strix 970 (Edit: Treiber 378.66)
Mainboard: Asus Z170-A
PSU: Corsair RM 550
RAM: 2 x 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4-2400 DIMM CL16-16-16 Single

I hope you guys can help me, thanks for reading!

Download OCCT and stress test the CPU monitoring the temps.
Download Furmark and stress test the video card monitoring the temps.
Now run them at the same time if your temps were good and it crashes running them both at one time then I would say power supply.

Are there any settings, you would recommend, for both the software? Never done these two tests before.
For OCCT should I do the standard thest, or the Linpack test? And I saw there is an option for a PSU test, should I run that one?

So i did OCCT Today and it aborted after five Minutes because the temperature was too high.
These are the results: http://imgur.com/a/8ct0u

Not sure If I have the time today to reapply mit cpu cooler (It's Brocken ECO btw).
But I think this should be the problem then, running furmark later today.
I'll post the result's if I have done it. Thanks so much for now! Speedfan never went above 50° when checking.
