so me and my friend played a couple hours of the division and we both streamed. i (i5-7600k@4.7Ghz oc 60-80~ C°) got a cpu usage on division with like 50-80% and on obs like 15-22% and the overall cpu usage is on 100%. its causing lags on some ingame points.
my friend (i7-3770) however got like 20-30% on the division and 15-22% on obs.
is it normal or did i do something wrong with my overclocking?
PS: the most games like overwatch, h1z1, deus ex: mankind devided, etc have a cpu usage from 60-80% without streaming.
