Will This Motherboard Support This CPU? plz help!!

I just wanted to know if the asrock h110m-dgs (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110M-DGS/) is compatible with the i5 6600k without doing anything with the bios

Yes your Skylake CPU is a 6° gen from Intel and that motherboards support 6° and 7° Skylake and Kaby Lake so you will be ok

Yes, it is 100% compatible. But you can't overclock it with this board, you would need board with Z170 or Z270 chipset for that.

Yes, you can use the i5 660k in the H110 MB, but keep in mind you can't oc the k version cpu.
You may consider to get i5 6500 + H110, or i5 7500 + B250/H270 too.
