Hello guys

Im stressing out a little bit, because my CPU (intel i5-4460) is, according to HWMonitor, at 100Mhz Bus speed at all times. This occurs while playing games, and I dont know what to think about it. My CPU has max 3.4 Ghz, and it keeps reaching that number. Here's a picture of it. Im personally not sure if it is a problem, but I thought I'd ask just to be sure.

Please help me if you know what is wrong / if you know it isn't wrong at all.
I appreciate any answer :)

Note: I did check Task Manager, it kept saying I was only using about 33%.

Solution
That's normal.

Your clock multiplier is multiplied by the bus frequency.

If your multiplier is 34, it will do 34 times 100 which is 3400mhz, or 3.4GHz.

Yes, your CPU multiplier is actually 32, so 3200mhz or 3.2GHz, but turbo boost allows it to go to upto 3400mhz, or 3.4GHz.

The higher the speed, the better gaming is.

1GHz, is 1 billion instructions per second, 3.3GHz is 3.3 billion instructions per second.
