I just built a new pc and some parts of the sides are cut off. Almost as if there were more screen beneath the framing of the TV. I'm running windows 10 and some of the graphics look choppy and blurry. My video settings detect it as a 1920 x 1080 (recommended) and i'm using a ASUS ROG Strix RX 460. The only thing I have tried is adjusting the resoloution to every possible setting and keeping in mind that I have literally booted up my pc for the first time an hour ago.
