Hello guys, this is a massive ugprade for me since i had a crap pc from 2013.I already own the GPU,now gonna order the other parts.Cost for this pc on my country is 1800 euros.I would appreciate any advice for my build. Also what CPU Cooler would u advise to overclock my Ryzen 1700?I dont want to upgrade for 5+ years.Do u think that pc would last those years without problem ?Thanks in advance.

I would believe so. One worry I have been having is the word on the street that PCIe 4.0 AIC will not work in PCIe 3.0 slots though PCIe 3.0/2.0 cards will work in PCIe 4.0 slots. If this does indeed end up being true we could see another AGP to PCIe high end GPU die off. When PCIe first launched GPU makers still made high end GPUs for AGP using a PCIE to AGP bridge chip. The problem was they only did this for 2 generations. After that they only did entry level to mid range GPUs. Effectively forcing gamers in the high end to upgrade. It really pissed me off. I worry we are looking at another forced obsolescence next year when PCIe 4.0 starts to ship in mass. I could be wrong but there have been a lot of articles about this. But I have...

But I have also seen some PCIe 4.0/3.0 cards made by intel for the testing phase. they hit PCIe .9 release this year and 1.0 (final) should be ready by late summer or early fall. This is one reason I have not upgraded to Ryzen myself as i game at 4K with a i7 3930K @4.2GHZ and for now it is enough for 2 GTX 1080s. read the links below to see what i mean
