I had this problem for over a month now, I have a Asus Dual-Brand Wireless USB Adapter USB-AC56. My drivers are up to date...But, sometimes between 2 minute intervals, my internet would suddenly drop to the exclamation mark sign, all it takes to fix it is to disconnect and reconnect. This is really annoying. Thanks in advance

Your net adapter may be looking for an IPv6 server.

If your ISP does not provide IPv6 service go into your network adapter and disable IPv6.

Just use IPv4.

That said, I am not sure about that website.

Took at chance and tried to visit. Several attempts resulted in only one connection that was obviously not Microsoft related. Some sort of IPv6 menu stack with drop down options. Icon appeared to be a circle with "IC" inside. Saw "China" and bailed....

Point being see if you can determine why your system is attempting to connect to that server. Probably some configuration setting within the router or perhaps your network adapter settings.

Use Event Viewer to check for errors that occur just before or at the time of the disconnect.

Right-clicking any given log entry will provide additional information about what happened.

The drivers may be up-to-date but that does not necessarily mean that there are no "bugs". Especially if the previous driver did not cause/create any problems.
