My Gtx 980 OR On-board Graphics dont work. What do I do?

I recently upgraded my cpu, mobo, ram, and cooler. It will boot and show a display without gpu plugged in. However when i plug it in no display comes out of that or the mobo but the leds on the gpu come one . I had to replace the other parts due to water leakage from my aio. Is it possible that that shorted out my gpu? If so, will evga cover it? Is there any other way to see if the gpu is alive?

To check if the card is good, test it in a known good system with a power supply good enough to run it.

Just did that, same symptoms.... Should I try and use the warrenty on the card?

You can call and see, if there is visible damage they are likely to deny the warranty service though.
