Used DDU to uninstall NVIDIA Drivers, now my gpu won't show in Device Manager

So I used ddu to uninstall my NVIDIA drivers since I was trying to fix a problem with Borderlands 2 running really badly on my GTX 1060 6gb. Now my gpu won't show in my device manager. I used ddu twice and the system restore save overwrote the one with the original settings. I can't even install any drivers since it keeps saying Driver Installation Failed. Please help!

Enable show hidden devices in Device Manager see if it shows up. If not, remove the video card, reset the BIOS to defaults, boot the system without the card, shut down, install the card, see if it detects it then.
