What is a Good CPU cooler?

Hello!
What is a good quality CPU cooler, something to replace the stock cooler. Something that possibly is small a compact. My CPU atm is a I5-6600.

the best cooler is a massive passive heatsink , that you install with multiple case fans , like a 200 mm in front , a big one at top and one for the rear

or just get a water cooling solutions like an H80i from corsair and have nothing sticking out like a massive pyramid in your computer
