New build help 2000 limit

I need help with a new pc. I think I would like an i7 could and a 1070 gpu but other than that I'm lost.

For 2000 dollars I was hoping for everything including monitor and keyboard and mouse.

Can anyone help?

This build give you exactly what you asked for, the i7, and a GTX-1070. The only thing lacking here is apps and games. It also takes advantage of G-Sync
