I just recently purchased an Xfx Radeon Rx 480 8GB DDR5 and I keep getting blue screens, buts it's not like the traditional blue screen.. it doesn't give me any error numbers or anything it just pops up blue on both of my screens and it only seems to happen when I play more intensive Games like Rainbow Six Siege and Total War Rome 2 and not when I'm just casually surfing the web. Whenever it freezes I have to hard boot the computer. I suspect the psu being the culprit but I'm testing the RAM right now with Memtest86. Please help!

My specs are:
i5-6600k at ~4.3 GHz
Radeon Rx 480
1 Tb hard drive
225 Gb ssd
2 x 4 gb of ram
Psu 600w Bronze rated

Thank you for contacting us about your issue. My name is Mark at XFX, I will be helping resolve this issue today.

Tutorial for proper driver installation.

2-Disable any and ALL anti-virus/malware protection.
3-Download and Run the latest drivers from AMD.com (Omega drivers do not have Uninstall built in, you have to do it through add/remove, which is okay)
3.5. AMD now has a nice Uninstall tool which should work as a better alternative- http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
4-Choose to Uninstall/express (may not be available in newest version, download an older version) the existing drivers, and AMD folder
5-Restart the...
