Will this USB 3.0 Hub work for M/KB and cheap USB soundcard

As already stated, you won't notice any difference between USB 2.0 & USB 3.0 where mice & keyboards are concerned, no difference at all. It's only an important issue with devices that are used for data transfer such as USB storage devices.

I don't really understand it but apparently it's just the bandwidth limitation on USB 2.0 and it causes latency with too many things plugged in.
