Air flow: without front vents

I have a pc cabinet, which I cant upgrade in the near future. And it doesn't have any slot for air cooling fans to maintain a good airflow. How can i establish a proper air flow for my pc without the front or top vents?

Only way would be to increase exhaust at the back, if possible. Air inside has to be replaced so more exhaust you have, more air it will pull from the front.
