Will I be able to run Mass Effect Andromeda at max settings @1920x1080 using two-way SLI GTX 1080, a Core i7 7700K, and 16GB DDR4 RAM?

According to this link, the graphics requirements are astronomical.

Hell yes you will.
A better question is; why are you running two 1080s at 1080p?
You should be going 1440p 144hz?

With that rig if you can’t run that game max out at 1080p, well then there is a serious problem with the game optimization.

I saw a video on youtube where a Titan X (Pascal) was running Watchdogs 2 at max settings @1920x1080 and ran at 45-65 fps average.

People say that two flagship GPU's is overkill for 1080p, while I tend to disagree.

Other games like the witcher 3, rise of the tomb raider, the division, etc, can sometimes drop below 60fps on max settings even at 1080p.

Is it at least a 144Hz minitor?
Two flagships is 100% overkill for 1080p since even for TW3 maxed out with a single 1080 I get 75fps average @1440p, never dropping below 60.
Watch Dogs 2 is a very poorly optimized game is all.
