Why do you need the "most cfm fan and biggest heatsink" for a 6700k if you don't plan to overclock?

A Cryorig H5 or thernalright True Spirit can handle any OC you throw at it
A ND15 won't be much quieter than a Cryorig H7 at stock speeds

Can't go wrong with a Noctua D14/D15. They cool as well as most All in one liquid coolers and are very quiet in the process. CFM and heatsink largeness aren't all that important if the design and materials used are poor.
