Computer Restarting During Gaming and Stress Test

I had recently been having issues where my computer would restart at random while gaming, but it doesn't happen any other times. I had thought it might be my graphics card, so I replaced that, but the issue is still there. I decided to run the OCCT PSU test, and it restarted after about 5 seconds, maybe less. Is this enough say I should replace the power supply? I've already run a CPU stress test and a memory test.

Specs:
Intel Core i5-4670K
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Motherboard
2x4 GB G.Skill Sniper Series 1886
MSI GTX 1060 6GB Gaming X
Corsair HX Series HX750 Gold
Windows 10 64bit

Solution
your problem could be caused by the psu yes

but mainboard could be a factor there too

also gpu

can you try first another psu before buying another?

also try with another gpu?

That was a good PSU in its day but it is an older model, it may well be worn out. Sounds like its clipping out when pushed. Time for a new one.

He tried another GPU already. It's most likely the power supply unit. Before changing it out I would blow out ALL the dust from inside the unit. Sometimes, dust can cause overheating or shorting issues overtime. If it doesn't work then replace PSU.
