What would you build if you have $1000? I wanna play games, stream a little and edit videos. Build must include: monitor (1080p 21"- 30") and keyboard.

it depends on if you like more amd or intel

i like more amd, so if i had those 1000 this is what i would buy

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XVvghq

i don't list os, monitor, keyboard, nothing else, purely the hardware

this is what i would buy if i bought a intel counterpart

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8HyvYr

just a suggestion, you can change brands, sizes, whatever you might like to change, perhaps you find the case too small, so you could like to get a bigger one, but i personally like a small case

i didn't listed m.2 ssd, not cheap and sometimes people don't like them

No point in waiting for a CPU that performs identically as the alleged Ryzen 5 CPUs. You're still going to game as well as you did if you had an i5. Unless, of course, you're going for VR.

there is no free version, there is a demo of some sort that afik, can be used like that for months without any problem other than not being able to change wallpaper and colors of the windows and the taskbar, so it will work

then perhaps this could be a option

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/R4H6LD

it went over your limit, doesn't have keyboard and mouse but the monitor has freesync, ideal for gaming with the rx480 i listed there

keyboard and mouse, you can go cheap with a simple combo from logitech or buy a special gaming keyboard and mouse form corsair, logitech or any other brand, there, other users can recommend you better, i personally use on gta v my wireless mouse and my xbox 360 wired controoller, a better combo to play from my bed, other games will ask you to have a better keyboard and mouse and no game controller

Get the cheaper XFX RX 480 XXX OC. $30 cheaper with still 8GB VRAM. With that $30 savings buy 16GB of RAM which will help with video editing and maybe VR in the future.

There will be, but as I said with Ryzen, no point in counting on it. It's only being tested by MS right now.

so it is half of what a windows 10 home is, only works with windows store and i probably can't install any antivirus or steam in it and surely will be limited to 4 gbs of ram and diminute cpus, just like those windows starter versions sold years ago

that is not free windows, that is not windows, the way i need it, so, there is no free windows yet
