Hi, I'm currently using an old micronics case, one in which you have to place the power supply on the top. I'mcurrently using an Avatec PSA-F600W power supply, which has a fan on the back, but I want to replace it with a more silent power supply. I was wondering if it's safe to use a Cooler Master Elite 460w power supply with my case. I'm asking becasue I'd have to put the power supply on the top with the fan facing down.
