I'm buying a pre-built pcand upgrading the graphics card.

I'm not building it because my parents won't let me, (please don't tell build one).

My budget is $660.

This is my first build..

The difference?...the i5 vs i3 and gtx1050 vs 1050ti.

I'm gonna be playing games such as Battlefield 1, ARK: Survival Evolved, GTA V, and Rocket League. I will also be doing editing an hour every day or so. I want to play games at like medium(50), high(40), and ultra(25). I have checked the benchmarks and many videos on gameplays.

Another thing, this is just a starter pc, I will be getting a newer/better on after like 1 and a half year or so....which one will get me till like 2019?

Thank you!

If you could swing it then you should save up for the 1050Ti matched with your second build. If you have to choose one now then go with the second build. The i5 in there will carry you through games and editing better than the i3. You can always upgrade your GPU from the 1050 to a 1060 3GB or better down the road.

with those I wont be able to get a monitor(I don't have a monitor at home). I cant find a pre-built one like that or close to it for low price.. the i3 version is on sale($80 less) and the i5 one is on discount from jet($30 off)

Thank you! But my parents would say no. I will be trying to convince them but if they are not convinced, which one do u recommend between the two builds I showed you.
