guys why i have so high ping? i am using windows 8 64bit, wired connection, my modem is TD-W8960N.. help me.. i called to ISP they dont know how to fix it!!!!!!

It might just be that you have a slow connection.

The more you pay, the better the speeds you get.

Ping isn't hardware related, and not Wifi either seeing as you're wired.
