Free VPN server software for WIndows 7

I am looking for a Free VPN server program for Windows 7 that is easy to manage. My wife lives in another country, and there are certain times I need to appear connected through her computer. So I want something simple to setup and manage for her end that I can connect through using my VPN client. Any ideas? Thanks.

What about using something like Teamviewer or LogMeIn or Chrome Remote Desktop to connect to her computer and take it over, then you can do whatever you want from her computer and it will appear as if it comes from her computer. Seems easier than using a VPN to route your traffic through her machine.

TeamViewer is my pick. Works great under most of the firewalls and antiviruses.

I also installed the android version to manage a senior citizen cell phone with 0 experience on android.

I use it everyday with computers all over my country and abroad with no problems at all.

That wouldn't work because she needs to use her computer and, I only need to appear to connect from there occasionally, so VPN would be perfect. Also, she wouldn't be able to repair anything that might go wrong, and I'm half a world away. Now if it was MY computer, no problem. So, I really need something with a very low learning gradient; basically double-click the icon to start; click on the X to shut off. :p Thanks for the suggestions though.
