Here are the specs:

Current OS: Win XP Pro 32 bit

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160 @ 1.8 Ghz

GPU: Nvidia 8400GS 512 MB VRAM

MOBO:ASUS P5QPL-AM

RAM: 3GB DDR2 @ 800 Mhz

HDD: 512 GB @ 7200 RPM

It should, yes. That processor is a 64 bit CPU. You can download the old Win7 Upgrade Advisor and run it if you want to check the apps you have on your machine for compatibility. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20
Skip the extras they try to get you to download with the advisor, tho. Just click on 'no thanks' and get the advisor download.
Of course doing a clean install will mean you don't have to worry if your old apps are compatible. But it's still a good idea in case you have an old device that is no longer supported. But generally speaking, no problem.
