Help select building new htpc and want to upgrade to newer board Mobo - from Gigabyte GA-H110TN-E

Currently have
Case: Streacom FC10 Alpha Optical Fanless Chassis - Black (http://www.streacom.com/products/fc10-alpha-fanless-chassis/)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110TN-E (http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H...-rev-10#ov)

Want to get newer motherboard that has the 12V plug in but failing to find anything with similar form factor and has plug in..

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Yes the cab can support just about any board I want to throw into it. What I was hoping for was to retain the LVDS Header for flat panel and several other features that don't exist on the newer boards. The reason for wanting to upgrade is to take advantage of the new options such as:

NVMe PCIe
Thunderbolt 3
HDMI 2.0
USB 3.1

and continues to allow me to use the Streacom NANO160 FANLESS PSU. All the while remaining cooled only by the cpu piping and normal airflow. The unit is used primarily for high end audio, and some DVD playing to 4k TV and audio out via USB to Devialet 440Pro. OS is Windows 10 running AO (AudioOptimizer) and Roon/Tidal.
