Wireless adapter connects to network on one computer but not other.

Hello, I Just Got Tvo so had to switch out my Motorola Cable modem and Linksys router to a Hitron MoCHA Cable modem and router combination. I have a Netgear WNDA3100 v2 wireless adapter that worked fine on my old network. New Modem and network up an running and All other devise connect fine, except my desktop. Desktop will connect fine via Lan. If I take the Netgear asapter out and connect to my laptop and disable the interal adapter, it will connect fine through the netgear adapter. I Can see the SSID it just says that it won’t connect.
I tried netsh winsock reset and released and renewed ip and flushed dns. The Following is an ipconfig from neatgear’s genie program
