can i use an overcloacked core 2 quad q9550 cpu on a non overcloackable motherboard?ie overclocking over one motherboard and usibg on other motherboard.

No. The overclocking settings are applied each time on boot. They are saved within the motherboard's bios. Overclocking the chip on one board and bringing it over to the other will not save the settings. You would have to overclock it on the other board which may bring different results.

Yes reffering to GAMEDEBATE.com it does.But you will loose overclocking capability.
