Intel i7 6950X Core Problem ( 9 Core / 18 Threads ) after running 37 Virtual Machines

I was running many many many Virtual machines.

I notice i lost a core.
I did not touch any options.

Now i got 9 Cores / 18 Threads

Motherboard : LGA2011-V3 X99M DDR4 SATA3 USB3.0
Memory : DDR4 G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 64GB (8 x 8GB)
SSD : Silicon Power Slim S55 2.5" 960GB
CPU: Intel Core i7-6950X 3.0GHz - 4.0GHz CPU (10 Core / 20 Threads)
GPU: ASUS Geforce GTX 1070 6GB
PSU: Corsair RM1000 1000 WATTS
Internet Speed : 1 Gigabit

What are the results of https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool? If there's an issue, then contacting Intel would be your best option.

Anyone got this issue before?
Were somehow their core gone missing.

Must be some settings to be restored.

Wipe everything and do a clean install of your OS without the VM's

Is there a settings in bios that can disable and enable cores . threads?

I guess somehow core was disable. Its been fixed back to Intel i7 6950X (10 Core / 20 Threads)

I knew there is the option to do it in bios just didn't know where the setting was for your particular bios. Never seen a core die so I figured that was it
