Whats the best i could do for my gaming pc?

Hi guys i was wondering what can i do to upgrade my current gaming pc.
Some of these parts i have a long time and i think its the time to upgrade.
Any help or tips are helpful.
My pc:
CPU: i3 2100
MB: GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 (rev 1.0)
GPU: R9 270 Club 3D
RAM: 12gb (2x4gb + 2x2gb) DDR3 1333mhz
HDD: WD Blue 500GB
SDD: Silicon Power S60 120GB
PSU: Cooler Master 400W RS-400

I would go for a new cpu; I think that's the bottleneck in your system. Your mobo supports some never cpu's, but it wouldn't hurt getting a new mobo as well.
Depends on your budget.
