PS4 controller keeps disconnecting on my pc (wired)

Please help, I plugged it in with a micro usb cable, and was planning to use big picture mode and gta v with it the controller. But it keeps disconnecting with that annoying usb disconnect and connect sound. Please help!

Alright, got it fixed, turns out most micro usb cables didn't work well, found one that suits it and is fine, using DS4Windows for games that don't support ps4 controller eg. Battlefront (2015), and basically every other game that exists that supports 360 or one controllers. Thanks for replying!
