I updated gpu tweak II and ever since it has force forced my effective memory clock to 4400 MHz (my card's default is 5700), in proffesional mode, it has it underclocked to the max and when I try moving the slider to the normal position and click apply, my screens glitch for a split second and set it back to 4400 MHz. I have attempted to use only one monitor, reinstall, 4 different versions, asking the google and many restarts. Every other slider moves without problem, my specs are:
CPU: a6 6420k (yes I know it's bad, I'm upgrading to i5 7500 very soon)
GPU: STRIX R9 380 4GB
Mobo: Gigabyte F2A85X-D3H
