Hello, recently i have rebuild my pc and rewired it all since it was messy. when i tried to plug in headphones it wouldnt detect anything and sound only works from the back of the motherboard but i want it to work from my case. any suggestions?

If it worked before, and you messed with the cables, then there is your problem. But if it didn't work before the recabling, then you should look into the drivers or even if the cables aren't broken.
